Protect our EU Rights

Aim

Brexit currently aims to destroy some of the Rights of over 500 million EU Citizens - We plan to prevent that

I became suspicious of the unexpected 2016 UK EU leave vote , so I  investigated both the vote and its aftermath with care. It is now known from an investigation by the Electoral Commission that multiple crimes were used to procure the leave vote, and that it can also be argued, from statements made by a Government lawyer, that the vote was also corrupt and illegal, as defined by the Representation of the People Act 1983. 

Following the December 2019 General Election, the new Tory government now plans to take the UK out of the EU  in a way which will apparently damage or destroy EU Citizens Rights for over 500 million people. Both the European Parliament and the European Court of Justice can and should now play a role to prevent this. We are a small nascent group who plan a campaign to prevent the destruction of EU Citizens Rights. 

For this we will need money to establish and administer the campaign, lobby the European Parliament, and bring legal action in the CJEU if so advised. Our estimates suggest that we can begin our work now with initial funding of £10,000, but we will revise this as our work progresses.
