The property prices in the UK are reducing the number of people who can invest in property. More and more millionaires are buying up our country and forcing us to pay dead rent. 

It doesn't have to be that way though. With my business plan we will create a platform where it will allow almost anybody to invest in property, you dont need to have hundreds of thousands sitting in the bank.

On our platform users will be able to buy a stake in a property whether they have £1000, or £100,000. 

This Crowdfunding Platform would allow multiple people to collectively invest their money into a property. Rent would be collected and be distributed collectively. Any equity would also be given to the investor according to their share %.

Turning £1000 per month into £36,000

I have years of experience in property and I have myself have seen places where property values have gone up by over 200%. Now imagine you have a disposable income of £1000 per month which you want to invest in a stable market. Using this platform £1000 a month would make up £12,000 a year which would generate 10% rental, not forgetting the increase in value of 200%. By the end of the year that £1000 per month would now be valued at £36,000 and be generating 10% returns.

I would like to give everybody in our country the opportunity to be able to invest in property no matter how much money they have, but to do so, I need your help to let me create this online platform on which people will be able to make their investments.
