Have you ever been a victim of online hacking? Keyloggers and hackers are everywhere on the internet. It is one thing having a E-mail address or a Facebook account hacked.But when a hacker hacks your account in a video game - World Of Warcraft - Rift - XboxIt becomes a little bit more personal.So what do you do?You do everything in your power to get that account back.Why?Because of the countless time and energy you have put in to that game.All of the achievements that you have accomplished are a very personal thing to the individual that has aquired those achievements.All of the money that have you have generated in to that game.

All of these things are very important to the individual player.As for me... I was hacked.I mananged to get back my account, but little did I know by that time it was too late.The hacker went on a spending spree on my Battle.net account and got countless items and services before I could retrieve the account back.

 

You get the Idea...This was the work of a keylogger.I don't think they had any intention of scrapping down my account into a pile of dust like most hackers would do.They wanted it for themselves.I have run virus scans on my computer and have changed all of the passwords.Like I said before, I have mananged to get the account back... BUT!!!

It is now also banned...

Time, Money, Achievements. All turned to dust in a blink of an eye.

No help what so ever! How can I have fun in Azeroth if the account is banned?

Greetings, Thanks for your ticket about this today. So having looked into this for you, I have confirmed that the account closure on the account itself was incorrect and thus, removed it. You should find you're now able to log into the account again as normal and without further issue. Sorry for the inconvience.Sounds helpful right? Nothing changed... The account was still banned. TICKET 3 - This is Game Master Arcaxenosi at your service. I have verified that the action taken against the accounts was not of a result of a compromise. We now consider this matter closed and would not look to enter into further discussion on the subject.

 

They went on to say that no gold was taken from the account and that no items were destroyed.

And thats it...No furthere help.The reason why I'm asking for your donations today is that Blizzard does not care.We are their customers and they should care.Do you think Blizzard are going to give me any money for my time that I have lost while playing the game?For the money that has been taken from my account?Of course not.

I'm going to have to do it all over again.I'm going to have to play the whole game over again.Spend money on the game over again.All because I did not get the help that I required.

Money was spent on the World Of Warcraft trading card game also.They palnned to hack and keep the entire account.Please donate what ever you can.It will mean a lot to me.Thanks for hearing me out.VIKANUG.
