ProBall Football Rebounder - Prototype

Aim

With this campaign i am hoping to completing the process of prototyping my innovation for a new rebounder practice net.

Hello my name is Dan and i am a Football/Soccer Fan and have been watching and playing the beautiful sport for as long as i can remember. 

With this campaign i am hoping to completing the process of prototyping my innovation. My product is a rebounder net that kids, amateurs or even professionals to rebound the ball and practise their passing accuracy, first touch and other useful football skills!

Football is all about repetition and the more you practice a skill the better you will get and that is exactly what this rebounder is designed to do.

Short Summary

Johan Cruyff Said : "Technique is not being able to juggle a ball 1000 times. Anyone can do that by practicing then you can work in a circus. Technique is passing the ball with one touch at the right speed straight to your team mate"

• Working with a team of industrial designers and professional football coaches we have designed what we believe is the best rebounder on the market.
• The rebounder is designed with a high tension net for a more realistic pass back
• The design also features a unique hydraulic system that means the rebounder will absolve the force of the ball and not move back! Me and my team discovered this problem when testing current rebounders on the market and found many of them lack the stability and strength needed.
• The device is also equipped with built in spikes when playing on grass to even greater increase the performance.
• It is portable with built on wheels and is fully foldable for easy storage. 

What We Need & What You Get

• I need funding to help me finalise a working prototype to perfect the design and get ready for manufacturing.
• For the campaign i will offer perks that are related to football including high quality key chains, football jerseys and football balls. 
• I need £2000-£4000 to create a working sample and prototype.

The Impact

• One lesson from 2020 was that you may not always be able to practice with others or as a team and with the rebounder your kids can practice their passing accuracy and control at home. 
• The design of the rebounder is unique and has been designed for the best possible rebounding to simulate a real game situation. 

Risks & Challenges

At this point i do not have a price/cost estimation for final manufacturing and thus this campaign is not for the final product and is rather for the creating of a working prototype.

This therefore has risks as it could mean the price for the actual manufactured product is higher than hoped for, however i am open to other contributors and investors becoming involved to help with the manufacturing process to help reduce the costs.
