Prize Draw for Dulcie's treatment in America

Aim
We are arranging a prize draw for Dulcie, aged 5. Dulcie was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma in December 2021.
Dulcie’s family are raising money for potential experimental treatments in America, which they have been told would cost them anything from £200,000 to £250,000!
Who can enter?
Over 18-year-olds and residents of Great Britain, only.
How do users enter the draw?
- Scan QR Code (using a mobile device) displayed on promotional posters
- Via the Facebook profile of the promoters: Gemma Sprague (FB display name: Gemma Louise) or Hattie Craig (FB display name: Hattie Emily)
- Cash entries to promoters: Hattie Craig or Gemma Sprague
Free Entry Route:
All entries to the prize draw are free. There are no incurred fees/costs involved when using the three entry methods shared above (2.1, 2.2 & 2.3)
No other methods of entry will be accepted.
Terms of entry:
- £1 donation = 1 entry
- £2 donation = 2 entries
- £3 donation = 3 entries
(Each entry equates to name being entered into the prize draw once – individual entries printed on paper and drawn at random).
- Those entering should include their full name and contact details in the comment section after donating.
- Please do not click 'Do Not Display Name' when donating as we will not be able to keep track of entries. We will not be able to enter anonymous donations.
- Do not opt into the Gift Aid option. Prize draw donations are not eligible for Gift Aid.
- Available prizes, listed on the prize draw promotional poster (found on the Facebook profile of both promoters). The 1st prize won will be the first entry drawn. The 2nd prize won will be the second entry drawn etc.
- All prizes will be won via separate draws.

How winners will be selected and announced
- Prizes will be drawn at random and in the order listed above.
- The full name of every participant (single entry) will be printed on a slip of paper.
- Prize winners will be announced on the promoters Facebook pages, Facebook Messenger and via email within 24 hours of the draw being concluded.
How prizes can be claimed, and when these will be delivered.
Prizes will be available for collection from Lawley Primary School (Arleston Ln, Telford, TF4 2PR) or will be posted if collection is not possible.
How we will handle personal data for the draw.
- No personal information (including names, telephone numbers or email addresses) will be shared with third parties of any kind.
- All GDPR rules and regulations will be adhered to fully at all times.
- Any personal information stored (either electronically or physically) will be destroyed following the completion of the prize draw when prizes have been claimed.
