The ‘Pride Hub’ is part of Pride in Surrey, established in 2018 and registered to the fundraising regulator and (ICO) information commissioners’ office. Pride in Surrey focuses on human rights surrounding diversity and inclusion and is registered at companies’ house as ‘Surrey LGBTQ Pride CIC’, a community interest company aiming to provide services to and for the community across and surrounding Surrey.
To celebrate, educate and connect the LGBTQ+ community and allies recognising that intersectionality exists so that no one gets left behind.
The Pride Hub is an exciting and unique venue for the LGBTQI+ community and allies in which to meet, socialise and access valuable services. We are proud to be working in partnership with a wide range of organisations to bring vital information, signposting, and support. The Pride Hub also offers workshops and inclusive LGBTQ+ events.
The ‘Pride Hub’ is a warm, accessible venue fitted with a hearing loop and accessible toilet facilities.
Meeting Room:
This is perfect for holding small meetings, interviews or drop-in sessions and workshops. Fitted with a wall mounted TV with HDMI connectivity (space is suitable for up to 6 people).
Safe Space:
This is ideal for social meetups, chill-out groups, gaming, and movie nights. Fitted with a Sensory Lamp, Playstation 3 console and TV with HDMI connectivity, the list of use possibilities is endless (space is suitable for up to 12 people).

By being open and visible we create a crucial sense of individual belonging and security for LGBTQ+ people whilst also being a source of information for those who may be allies of the community with a burning question or two. It’s known that those who are able to be open about their sexuality and gender could serve as role models for the wider community thus creating more visibility; the power of visibility most definitely contributes to the advances in LGBT+ rights worldwide.
With the proceeding cost of living crisis due to the 54% increases in fuel costs, we commit to using your donations on operational costs to ensure we remain a warm, sober safe space for the people in the community who need us. Come rain or shine our volunteers will be there for the community ensuring those who need us, can rely on us to be there. Whether you pop in and say hello, take part in one of our workshops or inclusive events, or set up camp for the day to work from a cosy, inclusive space, we’ll be here for you. We’ll have the internet revved up and the kettle on, pop in.
