we are in desperate need of replacing the wooden rotted drafty windows from 1983 at our village hall to enable us to continue our activities
Tarbock Village Hall is a registered charity since 1983 and provides regular activities for community such as dance classes, parents and baby group, keep fit, yoga. We also hold community get to togethers such as quiz nights, bingo night, market days, cake and coffee mornings. The village hall is set in a rural area and the main residents are elderly and especially due to covid can feel very isolated and lonely and go months without seeing people. our events and activities provide a time when people can all meet for a chat and a nice time and gives people something to look forward to in the local area. The wooden windows are in desperate need of replacing as they are very drafty due to rotting wood and making the hall cold during events. so we would like to replace the windows to help make the place look better but also to keep the building warm and draft/leak free!
