My year long course with Property Entrepreneur is inspiring me to do things out of my comfort zone and transition from amateur business woman to a professional one. ‘Be better today than I was yesterday’ sort of thing. Health is one of the most important aspects of that concept. I have therefore been increasing the number of steps a day to 6K all winter long but if I want to climb Snowdon then this will need to increase to 10K/day and every Sunday a little more to 15K/day. I also swim 2 or 3 x a week at the local pool doing 750 to 850 m non stop: this training will help me swim 400m in a river, which may have a strong current and or cold water. I swam almost everyday this winter but stopped in February as the river access was flooded. Time to get started again!
