PPE for Scarborough Hospital Staff

Aim
We are looking to fund PPE for our staff at Scarborough Hospital during the Corona Virus outbreak to keep our brave frontline staff safe!
(We have taken a part payment out the fund at £4600) but will continue the fund throughout the following weeks as the crisis continues). I am a local resident who has set up this initiative to source PPE for those who need it most in our fight against Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Unfortunately current hospital supplies are not sufficient and while we are reassured the government is doing everything it can, healthcare workers on the frontline are risking themselves daily without adequate protection to care for sick patients. Healthcare workers on the frontline without PPE is the equivalent of going to war without armour and protection. We can all help them by helping to purchase more of this equipment now when its most needed- particularly things like visors.
