THE FRIENDS OF PRINCE OF WALES PARK

We hold work sessions on Saturday and Wednesday mornings run by the committee for local volunteers.This involves gardening, woodland management and clearing paths.We run walks led by experts e.g. Butterflies, Bats, Fossils, Birds, Horticulture and History throughout the year.We also create trails for children in school holiday such as Easter egg trail, a Halloween trail and a Snowman trail. At Christmas we hold a Carols 'n' Cake gettogether where the community share food and sing Christmas songs. All of the events are free to the community
