Power for Ukraine because heating saves lives

Aim

Acquire and deliver over 100 generators to families, community hubs and schools across to Sumi, Kharkiv. Donestk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia.

Ukrainians are suffering and they need our support more than ever. Winter is upon them and Russia is increasing the bombardment without mercy. Some are forgetting their plight but not us……..

I am raising £50,000 to acquire 100+ generators for family households and a few larger generators for schools and care homes. I have formed a partnership with Ukraine Relief Aid, a registered UK Charity www.ukrainerelief.org.uk to acquire, transport and distribute in Nov 2026.

We are buying the generators from the Netherlands and then transporting them to areas in the North and East of Ukraine (Sumi, Kharkiv. Donestk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia). I will be attending the delivery to ensure that the generators go where they are intended.

As staunch supporters Rach and I have donated £20,000. Our friends have donated £10,000 so far. Now I need your generosity to fund the next £20,000. All donations, inc the £30,000 already donated will be paid directly to Ukraine Relief Aid so please add Gift Aid if appropriate.

In the words of Karol, CEO of Ukraine Relief Aid:

"When winter brings darkness and freezing temperatures, our mission is to bring light, warmth and hope to those who need it most.

At Ukraine Relief, we believe no child should face the cold in darkness, and no family should be left without hope.

Together, we are not just restoring power. We are protecting lives, restoring dignity and keeping hope alive."
