I've been volunteering for Blackfriars Settlement off and on since 2004. Blackfriars is a community which opens it's doors to all people. It has various services: mental health, adult education and i have volunteered for the older people's service, and it's always nice to see the smile on people's faces when they walk in through the door. It is an asset to the community.
