We've launched this reward-based crowd funder to help launch Porty Vault, Vault City's Portobello taproom and low and slow BBQ restaurant.
We’re Vault City, an independent craft brewery who make heavily fruited, modern sour beers in Portobello, Edinburgh. Since 2018, we’ve focussed on relentless exploration when it comes to brewing, using literally tonnes of real fruit in our recipes to help push the boundaries of what people would typically expect from a beer.
From humble beginnings we’ve built a strong community of craft beer advocates and lovers of the sour stuff. From the early days and possibly the smallest commercial brewery in the country, we’ve grown into our 5,000 square foot custom-built brewery and even launched our first taproom in Haymarket, Edinburgh.
We're now about to start our second taproom launching in July and we'd love your help to make this a reality.
