Aim

Open a small Soup Shop, to sell Portuguese hot soups, dishes,pastries made every day,have them delivered to local business, and worker’s

Hi My Name is Claudia I’m portuguese a mother of three and a grandmother of two living in London since 97.

My youngest is almost 18 Months ,After maternity leave I went back to work as a visual merchandiser, but you know when you leave for so long the work and come back the things are not the same,the hours,New people,new rules,Just not the same anymore, and I have a baby a home That needs time with his mum.
I love everything I do so I do it with passion and love,So I decided it was time to change and be my own boss,open my own business,do something I love Food,Portuguese food. 

Working For more than 10 years in retail I know how it is,Busy work and having half an hour lunch 1 hour ,to get something Good to eat is so difficult ,because will take time to cook,queues, Expensive or even the weather doesn’t help,So your end up getting another cold meal from the local supermarket .

So I had a idea ,why not do it ,Bring Something new ,healthy, fresh made ,to you ,A Soup shop,and sale hot soup,dishes ,pastries daily made From Portuguese recipes in a Center,next to office business, Industrial Area,Also have available Delivery drivers to take it to your workplace if you don’t have time to pick up

Am already cooking from home and Taking it to the local business ,garages,Hard workers,That the last thing in they minds  is what to get for lunch,or where do they get it from ,so I Simplify for them taking every day different Menus,hot and home made just outside work,I already have some regular Customers,so now I need to take the Nextep that is open a shop and have delivery drivers,So I can Expands and concentrate  in cooking.
