Worsley The Polar Bear Kent Scouts ArcticQuest2026

Aim

Pledge £25+ to receive a Worsley The Polar Bear soft toy if our Crowdfunder is successful or just pledge a donation towards ArcticQuest2026.

Following on from the success of the Kent Scouts REQUEST2021 Antarctica Global Project the aim is to continue in the footsteps of Scout Marr who went north in 1925/26 and completed polar research as part of Frank Worsley’s British Arctic Expedition.

20 participants from Kent Scouts need YOUR help to make this happen...

Proposed Objectives

• VOYAGE – An adventurous expedition ‘Under sail in the Frozen North’.
• PROJECTS – Undertake group & personal projects and present the results.
• WORSLEY – Celebrate the achievements of Frank Worsley.
• OUTREACH – Share the experience with thousands of young people.

Note: if you choose to pledge for a Worsley Polar Bear you will only pay if the entire Crowdfunder is a success. There will then be a 20 week production cycle while the polar bears are made to order. This is to ensure we don’t make a loss or risk charity funds.
