With £500 we can support five children to complete a 6 week wellbeing course to help them live positively with Poland Syndrome, overcome challenges of Poland Syndrome, improve confidence and self-esteem and help them to achieve their dreams.
Nestled right in the heart of the historic Shakespearean town is the boutique Stratford-upon-Avon hotel. The original part of the hotel was built in 1798 and carefully restored to retain its character and charm. The building has had many different guises over the years, from a doctor’s surgery to a gentleman’s club, and most recently, the town's registry office.
Stratford hotel features the famous French bistro and bar with al fresco dining available in a stunning landscaped courtyard, as well as two private dining rooms and events space that can accommodate up to 70 guests. It's the perfect backdrop for after work drinks, a spot of afternoon tea or relaxed bistro dining, served alongside an extensive wine cellar that is perfectly matched by their years of experience in providing great hospitality.
Each of the 46 rooms and suites feature traditional Hotel du Vin touches with an updated and contemporary feel.

The Cause
We support anyone who is affected by the rare condition, Poland Syndrome (PS). We connect people through our Poland Syndrome Community Register (PSCR), bring people together (virtually or in person) so they are not travelling their road alone, advocate for families to make sure they get the earliest diagnosis and the best medical pathway, successfully challenge NHS decisions regarding treatment where necessary, improve mental health and self-esteem in young people, particularly girls and women, and, most crucially, work with ambassadors who are living with PS to raise awareness of PS in the wider community. Our ultimate aim is to transform and empower the NHS so they can fully understand, diagnose, treat and support the PS community in a much more flexible and holistic way.
We need your support so we can provide wellbeing services, specialised children's clinics at Birmingham's Children's Hospital and start medical research to improve the diagnosis and treatment of Poland Syndrome.
This raffle is part of a fundraising campaign leading up to Poland Syndrome Awareness day on Saturday 30th April where people from all around the world will be getting together to raise awareness of Poland Syndrome and fundraising to help the cause.

Winners will be selected at Random within 48 hours of the draw closing. The winners will be contacted individually to claim their prize and announced on our social media channels.
