This summer Urban Buzz has been working wonders in Plymouth and has planted some fantastic flowering meadows right in the city centre.

These meadows, planted by Buglife, Plymouth City Council and some amazing local volunteers have had an enormous impact on our city. They have not only brightened up many of the roundabouts and road verges and improved a lot of your commutes and shopping trips, but they’ve also been helping the local pollinator population.

Next year we would like to create even more places for pollinators right across the city in places such as Crownhill, Devonport, Plympton, Southway and Stonehouse, but we need your help!

Please support our crowdfunder campaign and help us plant even more flowers – for bees, butterflies, and other pollinating insects, but also for people. Together we can give Plymouth the Urban Buzz!
