About our club

Plymouth United was established in 2011 as a men's Sunday football team and was started as an idea from a group of lads playing football on a field. Since then it has grown to 2 Men's Sunday teams and a Development team. This year we are taking on an under 8s team and an under 10s team.

Our activity so far has been funded by our chairman and with help from sponsors, but we are keen to expand even more and we need your help to make this possible.

What is the plan?

Our Aim is to have a Saturday Men's team, kids teams at every age, a women's team, girls teams and disability football. We are looking to bring football to whoever wants to play in Plymouth. There is no level of requirement, if they want to play football we will be happy to have them.

The funds we raise will go towards training coaches and managers to level 1 standards which is the required level to run a kids football team. It will also help with first aid training, Safeguarding and welfare courses and help with CRB checks to make sure we are getting the absolute best people to run our football teams and to give the children of Plymouth the best experience possible whilst making it fun for them. The funds will also help with all the training equipment and match day equipment we will need.

We want to make this a reality and really want to offer the Adults and kids of Plymouth a football club to enjoy playing their football and be proud to be a part of it.
