Please help to pay off my student loan!

Aim

I am raising money to make an investment in order to pay off my hefty student loan and gain some experience in my industry!

Evening all! 

I'm an Interior and Spatial Design student at Chelsea College of Arts, UAL. I worked really hard to get to where I am today and I am continuing to work hard to get good grades throughout my degree and working evenings in a pub to fund my life! Unfortunately (as all students know) after finishing my degree I will be greeted with a hefty £45,000 debt - which isn't giving me a great start towards my dreams of becoming a successful property developer and helping to solve our current affordable housing crisis!

Luckily, (or not so luckily) I have devised a plan in which to help me achieve all of these goals in one hit - two birds with one stone you could say! I am asking for you guys to raise £25,000 whilst I simultaneously try to save around £5,000 - in order for me to buy a house in the north of England to rent out. And here's why this is a good plan (in chronological order):

> I will 'do up' the house using my own raised funds, to get it ready for tenants

> I will then provide affordable rent for a family in that area

> The investment will gain me £400+- a month - enough to pay off my student loan gradually

> Once my student loan is paid off, I will have an assett rather than being at zero balance

> I will have gained invaluable experience in the area of my interest which is property development and interior design.

And here's why I think you should help me out: 

> I am a motivated, ambitious and dedicated student with the right mindset to succeed but not the right bank balance

> In doing so, you will also be providing affordable housing for a family 

> You will be helping a student who has always dreamed of buying a house but would never be accepted for a mortgage due to my student loan and being part way through my degree. 

> For every £1,000 raised I will pledge to do 20 hours of volunteering in a local charity shop for children with cancer - as I was treated for cancer myself and would love to give my time to such a cause. 

> I am passionate about providing affordable housing for the uk, and I believe that it is my job to help achieve this long term - being a designer for my generation. 

> I would be forever grateful for helping me to achieve my dream which I wouldn't otherwise be able to afford!
