This as you can see at the moment is very much derelict , it has been for a number of years and is also positioned on the corner of the high street in Slamannan right next to the Old Post Office Building and occupies a substantial corner plot it has plans on it which have i believe lapsed for flats and none of the residents of the town want to see that happen, there have been numerous plans for this building which was called 'The Royal Hotel' Slamannan in its heyday was beautiful and grand not to mention busy. I want to make this a community hub where not only walking residents can enjoy the arts on  display but my niche will be market will be a state of the art diabled arts centre called 'The Royal Craigmore Arts Centre'  as I myself am only to aware of the lack of facilities for the disabled community in rural areas due to funding cuts in local government and this being close to my heart as I am also disabled  want to give back as well as intergrate into my community and create jobs, paid, voluntery, and training, hold events. and not just  stimulate with gallery art but get people involved and creative themselves making paintings, sculpting,ect, I also want to run photgraphy for beginers to inspire people of all ages to create whatever they like.
