Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. 
• Employees of the Promoter and Benefactor as well as anyone connected with the draw prizes, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• Free entry is also available by post. See the prize draw page for the free entry postal address. Further details about the free entry route rules are below.

Dates

• The prize draw opens on Thursday 19 June, 15:00 BST and closes on Thursday 11 September, 15:00 BST. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

Kuoni

• Accommodation for two persons in a Deluxe Partial Sea-View room on Bed & Breakfast basis for 5 nights at AX Odycy Hotel.
• Includes return economy flights from London (all airports) to Malta International Airport (MLA).
• A copy of the prize voucher must be presented at time of check-in.
• Validity for travel is one year from receipt of voucher. 
• Travel not available between 31st December 2025 and 1st January 2026. 
• Other dates are subject to availability at time of booking and advance reservations must be made.
• Bookings must be made directly with Kuoni Winchester in store only, and not via a third-party agent. 
• Additional nights can be requested at the entrant's own cost, subject to availability and on the standard resort rate. 
• The Winner is strongly encouraged to book promptly to maximise the range of availability.
• Any wider arrangements, or costs incurred whilst facilitating these, will be the responsibility of the prize winner. This includes, but is not limited to, the extra cost of flights, transfers, visas, spending money and any applicable local tourism taxes. Any such local taxes will be indicated at the time of booking, where known.
• Prize winners may incur additional charges for cancellations or changes to a booking.
• Prize vouchers are non-transferable and non-saleable. 
• Prize vouchers are not redeemable for cash and hold no monetary value.
• AX Hotels does not operate a refund policy and the prize voucher is final and non-refundable.
• Prize vouchers cannot be split or redeemed in part. 
• Prize vouchers are not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer.

Meon Valley Shepherd Huts

• Advance booking is essential.
• Non-refundable and no refund is available for part use.
• This offer is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Valid from September 2025 and must be used within 6 months.

Winchester Royal Hotel

• Advance booking is essential.
• Non-refundable and no refund is available for part use.
• This offer is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Valid from September 2025 and must be used within 6 months.

Haringtons Hairdressing

• Redeemable at your nearest Haringtons salon. 
• Subject to availability. 
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Voucher valid until 29/05/2026.
• There is one prize available.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using randomised software.
• The draw will take place on Friday 12 September and the winner(s) will be notified within 7 days of the draw taking place. 
• Winners must claim their prize by responding to the email within a further 7 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.
• Winners will be announced publicly via the Crowdfunder project page within 30 days of the close date. Further details about publicity are below.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.
• Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
• Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
• Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
• Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
