Aim
Help us build a new kitchen to create plantbased magic in South East London!
I absolutely LOVE cooking & baking and I am thrilled that my passions are growing into a sustainable and eco-friendly business. Over the last few years I have been honoured to serve thousands of hungry Londoners delicious plantbased desserts and meals. Bringing people together with nourishing and delicious food that is not only good for them but also for the planet. Using eco friendly packaging, and local suppliers I am proud of the positive impact I am making even on a small level.
I believe that each and one of us has the opportunity to change the world, one meal at a time. My mission is to infuse love and comfort into every dish, using plantbased ingredients to cut down on carbon emissions and encourage a healthy, balanced diet.
The next step is to reach even more people and keep that positive momentum growing. I have been teaching cookery courses the past few months and I would love to do more classes, I am committed to embracing growth in 2020! But with growth comes change, and I am at the point where we have out grown our current kitchen facilities, and really need a new dedicated space to nurture this growth.
With the help of your donations I will be building a new kitchen + workshop space in our garden. A plantbased culinary treasure-trove to host cookery workshops, film recipe videos, and develop cookbooks. A place to build welcome and build a community at an accessible price for all to enjoy.
It is my vision to create a space that is not only an investment to my family, but also an investment in my dream career. Building my own space versus hiring a kitchen locally provides me the flexibility to teach more cookery lessons and be close by for my children.
