We are Dunkeld & Birnam
We're beautiful places to visit, but right now, some people in our community are struggling to cope with the COVID-19 emergency.
The Problem
In our community we have many older people and some vulnerable ones that can't easily adapt to all of this change. They may not have the support or resources that they now need.
We have an incredible army of volunteers and professionals working hard to care for them. Volunteers are checking what support people need, working with the local shops to collect groceries and prescriptions. This is at a time when the income of many has dried up completely.
Some people can afford their food & basics, so some are starting to struggle - they can't afford an emergency. We don't want anybody to sit at home not knowing where their food or basic provisions are coming from.
You Can Help
Donations will be used to enable the volunteer network to supply food, basic household items and support for people that are struggling.
