Peace Quest Documentary aims to find out from Communities and Organisations who work for World Peace, how they see it being acheived.

On the 16th June 2024 we'd raised £460 with 11 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Peace Quest was my New Year Resolution 2024 to go around different communities and organisations who claim they work for World Peace and to find out how they are doing that in different ways. I thought I could visit one community one day a month spend some time with them to discover their road to inner and outer Peace and in doing so find my own way to Peace. Im a film maker and I thought it would be a good idea to take my camera and document their expressions of World Peace so that other could experience this at a time in the World where it seems people have forgotten about Peace can happen with them, their community and in the greater World. It almost seems due to the wars going on that people have simply forgotten to be Peaceful in their own lives and in so doing Peaceful communities are becoming harder to find in the world as examples to follow. However I found that it was difficult to find the time to keep going once a month to visit such communities and with the cost of that it seemed harder to travel to these places without failing on my own New Years Resolution. So I'm asking you to help me with this kind thought I had back at the New Year by contributing to a Crowdfunder that can help me on the road and with the costs of filming, editing and producing a video. I have used the orginal video about the idea because I felt that was more authentic. Since then I went to the Samye Ling Temple where they have a building and prayer Temple dedicated to World Peace and I spoke to them about their way of building towards Peace. They said being compassionate to all beings, and doing no harm was the best way. I now have to catch up and go to the other communities on my list which are scattered through out Britian and last month it got difficult to acheive my goals of attending and filming these place, which range from different Religious, Policial and Social Organistations who support World Peace. In the comming months with your support I hope to visit the Quakers, CND, Peace Pledge Union, Findhorn, Allanton Peace Sanctuary, Buddhist Soka GaKai as well as Christian and Muslim Communities around Britian to discover if they still have Faith Peace is possible.
