About the project
Andy was a true British Bobby on The Beat, he was a compassionate Police Officer who helped so many people whether they were in trouble or not. Falmouth has lost a gentleman who greated you with a smile, tried his best to send you on the right path, in every way, and could remember you. I think it would be a fitting tribute to him to raise funds for his family to decide upon a memorial that we can all, everytime we pass, remember Andy.
