Project by The Yard Theatre Limited
On the 31st March 2022 we'd raised £40 with 3 supporters in 42 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
The average London ticket price paid was £52.17 in 2019 (up 5.8% from 2018)*.
This makes theatre an unaffordable luxury for many young people. Priced out, a generation of future theatre audiences and artists could be lost.
You can rewrite the script. Pay it forward: Support our projects to provide FREE and £5 tickets to local young people in 2022.
"I found a new type of happiness, one I didn't expect"
Any donations in excess of our £1,000 target will go towards total costs of our free and affordable ticket schemes:
Whatever you can give, thank you for opening up the world of theatre at "the most important theatre in East London" (Time Out).
