Aim

To raise money for a full re-wire and partial re-render of the building after pests chewed away at the cables, creating a fire hazard

Who are we?

We are Ingatestone & Fryerning Cricket Club, home to 3x Saturday teams, 1x midweek team, a women’s team, 7x youth teams and a Sunday team. We are also a registered All Stars and Dynamos centre.

Why are we crowdfunding?

Whilst undergoing our current Accessible WC and Bar refurb project, we encountered a pest problem which resulted in damage to the electrical wiring in the ceiling. Cables have been chewed and are now a fire risk. We have also found the rendering at the back of the building is damaged and causing leaking into the new spaces we are developing and the new toilets we worked on last year.

How we’ll spend the money raised

Money raised will go towards a full building rewire, installation of more sockets around the building, emergency lighting installation and a fire alarm system. We will also re-render and damp proof the back of the building.
