'PARTY GAMES' - a Short-Film

'Alexander, an unenthusiastic local MP gets a much needed wake up call from an old man names Walter, when campaigning at a care home. After hearing Walter's story, Alexander is faced with a tough choice about how he should continue to serve the country.'

We are Reels on Wheels, a team of young indie filmmakers with a passion for telling stories, and creating short-films that are visually innovative and appealing, and have industry standard sound quality. 

My name is Alfie Beard, and I'm the Producer and Director of this film. Over the past couple of years, I've been working hard to make as many short-films as possible, in order to gain invaluable experience and knowledge that will set me up for a career in film. I have ran two successful crowdfunding campaigns for my films, those being 'Father Time' and 'Behind Closed Doors', the latter of which was Directed by my 1st AD and friend, Tom Marshall. I have also completely self funded a number of other projects. 

This time, I want to reduce the restrictions that come with completely self funding, which is why I need your help in order to bring my film to life. Filmmaking can be expensive, as I will need to pay for location, actors, wardrobe, props, entering festivals and more.
