84% of the way there!
Once again, we want to give another huge thank you to everyone who has donated and shared the fundraiser. We weren't sure if £750 was possible, but with 7 weeks still to go until our Tough Mudder, we are already 84% of the way there!
Here is how your donation will help Papyrus:
- £5 can help pay for one contact to our suicide prevention helpline, HOPELINEUK.
- £65 can keep our suicide prevention helpline running for over one hour.
- £165 covers the cost of training someone in ASIST, which is a two day course that prepares caregivers to provide suicide first aid interventions."

You are all amazing! We have now reached £300, which is incredible. Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared or taken the opportunity to look into what PAPYRUS do.
In the next few weeks, I will be posting updates on our training progress and how we are feeling about the challenge with just over 2 months to go. I'll also be showing some of the amazing work PAPYRUS do
On the 24th of June 2023, we will be attempting a 15K Tough Mudder. This involves 30 obstacles, set out over a 15km course, with charming names such as ARCTIC ENEMA, CRY BABY and ELECTRIC EEL.
Those of you that have met us, know that we aren't the most athletic people in the world - so this is a huge challenge for us! We want to raise as much as possible for Papyrus - Prevention of Young Suicide, so please donate what you can.
We will be providing regular updates leading up to the event, as well as posting information about Papyrus and its resources.
