We are aiming to raise £2000 to secure the deposit for and costs of the campaign for our Green Party parliamentary candidate in South West Norfolk.

Local members of the Green Party have democratically chosen Pallavi Devulapalli to be our parliamentary candidate for South West Norfolk.

About Pallavi Devulapalli

Dr Pallavi Devulapalli is a GP in Downham Market. She has spent most of her working life in West Norfolk, and lives in the beautiful rural village of Shouldham with her family.

She has been involved in social and environmental causes for many years. These includes being active in a local transition towns intiative, the anti-incinerator campaign, fighting against a quarry in Shouldham and in protecting a natural biodiversity spot at Gaywood Parkway.

Pallavi was elected borough councillor for Airfield ward in 2023 and is an active member of various committees on the council. She is also the Green Party’s national spokespersonfor Health, Public Health and Social Care.

Pallavi has, and will continue to, campaign for improvements to clean up our waterways, improve rail and bus links, as well as support local businesses. She has also strongly supported the campaign to replace the crumbling QE Hospital.  Pallavi says ‘SW Norfolk has not been well-served by its current MP, and it's time for thepeople to decide who they choose to represent them. If they vote for me, they will get a hard-working, local Green MP who will put their needs first, and who will work to ensure we have a thriving and sustainable, clean and green South-West Norfolk for generations to come.’

We are extremely proud to be able to offer people the chance to vote for the Green Party, but unlike other parties we cannot rely on big businesses’ cash injections to clear the path to Parliament for us.

Our Campaign

We are looking to raise £2000 to cover the deposit of £500 to field a candidate and £500 to cover the costs of running a local campaign. We will campaigning by leafleting, canvassing, running events, and more.

Please donate today.

Our members have already been working extremely hard to pick up the bulk of the costs but we do need a final push from all those supporters and activists out there who believe in equality not poverty, public services in public hands, and power to communities.

If we are unable to reach our initial goal of £500 for the deposit, any money donated to this campaign will go in to our ‘Election Fighting Fund’, which will be used to support our Green Party candidates in upcoming local elections such as County Council.

By making a donation you confirm that you are eligible to make political donations in the UK, and that this donation is not made for or on behalf of any other person. All donations received are subject to the regulation of the Political Parties, Elections, and Referendums Act 2000.
