Aim
OMA has had to close for emergency, expensive repairs. Please help us re-open as fast as possible and afford these repairs.
Oxford Mutual Aid has had to close until further notice due to emergency, unexpected repairs. Please help afford these so we can re-open!
Our hall, which we have rented as our base of operations for the past five years, requires emergency repairs at short notice. We have elected to close during this period to ensure the safety of all of our community. We love the hall we operate from, but it is old - leading us to have faced (at the same time) multiple serious fire, structural and sanitation safety issues in the building meaning it is unsafe for us to work from or store food in.
We had to close on the 9th of March, before being cleared to re-open on the 16th. Unfortunately, the issues have come up again - meaning an even BIGGER bill, and an indefinite closure.
We hate to be closed - every week we are means our community struggles and goes hungry. Please give what you can so we are able to afford these repairs!
