To raise money for Oxfam's Gaza Crisis Appeal

Hi everyone, 

I'm doing 100 press ups every day for the whole of November, a total of 3000 over the course of the month, to help raise money for Oxfam's Gaza Crisis Appeal.  

If, like me, you've been feeling deeply distressed and upset by the humanitarian crisis unfolding in the region right now, and also feel powerless to do anything, then this is a way that you can make a difference. In some ways that might seem self serving, and it probably is. But I do know that I can easily spend over £10 in the Pret next to my office, and that same £10 could be the difference between life and death for some people right now.

About the scheme

The terrifying escalation of violence in Gaza and Israel has taken a terrible toll on Israeli and Palestinian civilians and left people in Gaza in desperate need.

People have lost loved ones, houses, income. At least a million of them have had to flee their homes. This is now a catastrophic humanitarian crisis.
