A groundbreaking TV series showing how inclusion can and should work better, transforming lives one episode at a time.

Only 30% of autistic adults in the UK are in employment. That means hundreds of thousands of talented people are being left out, not because they can’t work, but because workplaces aren’t built for them.
Out of the Audinary is changing that. We’re creating a documentary series that proves inclusion works by helping real autistic adults find and keep meaningful work, on camera.
Led by three inspiring autistic hosts, the series tells real, underrepresented stories with honesty and impact, celebrating difference and revealing the strength and creativity within the autistic community. From teachers and shop workers to professionals across industries, these stories show what inclusive employment truly looks like and how it can transform lives and workplaces.

This isn’t just another documentary. It’s a chance to change how the world sees autistic talent and how employers open their doors. Every pound you give funds a story that could change a life, and every share brings us closer to turning the 30% into opportunity.

Let’s make Out of the Audinary the series that redefines inclusion.

We don’t just talk about inclusion, we live it. Many members of our off-screen crew will be neurodivergent, ensuring authentic voices help shape every frame of the series. Our partnerships with leading experts, researchers, and advocates including the National Autistic Society, with whom we have a working collaboration, guarantee that our storytelling is rooted in lived experience, guided by evidence, and accessible to all.
By building this project with the community, not just about it, we’re setting a new standard for how authentic, empowering representation is made.

Together, with your support, we will use this cinematic TV pilot and campaign as a catalyst for activism, awareness, and systemic change in how the world sees, supports and includes autistic individuals.
Our goal is not only to tell powerful, authentic stories but to influence employment policy, shift media representation, and create real-world impact for the autistic community and neurodivergent people in general.
Every penny raised will go directly into creating the Out of the Audinary TV pilot, from planning and filming to editing, marketing, and festival screenings. The majority funds production, with the rest supporting post-production, PR, and outreach to ensure this powerful movement for change reaches a global audience.

The four of us came together to form Audinary Productions because we share a deep belief in the power of storytelling to create understanding and drive social change. United by personal connections to the neurodivergent community and a shared passion for authentic, purpose-driven filmmaking, we’re building a platform that challenges perceptions, breaks down stigma, and celebrates difference. Our mission is to tell real, human stories that don’t just raise awareness but inspire inclusion, empathy, and lasting impact, ensuring that neurodivergent voices are not just heard, but truly seen and valued.

Just as the Post Office vs Bates drama changed public opinion and prompted real legal reform, Out of the Audinary aims to spark a similar shift in how society views autism. We’ve seen how television can move hearts, shape conversations, and even change laws. Now we want to use that same power to inspire governments, organisations, and workplaces to recognise, value, and celebrate the unique strengths and contributions of autistic people.
