Aim: We aim to be a Warm space with food and drink where everyone is welcome no questions asked.
Who are we?
We are Out In the Bay / No Labelz
We are a charity offering one to one counselling for members of the LGBTQI+ community as well as group sessions for Family, Over 50s Trans Male & Female.
Community impact
We launched our project back in December with the help of
funding for The Asda Foundation grant scheme. Monday to
Friday between the hours on 9.30 am and 12.30 pm we offer a
warm space to come to and enjoy and hot drink and a bacon
butty. We do not ask any questions we are open to anyone who
is feeling they need to support.
Why are we crowdfunding?
Our warm space project is run solely by
volunteers some who themselves are in need of help and
support.
We wish to carry on our Support to the local community being
based in the Westend of Morecambe we see daily the need to
support the community
. Our project is offering much needed
support to the community not only with food and warmth but also
tackling loneliness, isolation and mental health issues.
How we’ll spend the money raised
Any money we raise through Crowd Funding will be spent on keeping the Project alive, We use the money to buy Food and drink and it will also go towards our increase in Energy cost.
