Aim: We have already started providing support within our community, but we need your help! Support our vision - to meet people where they are.
We are Sisu Therapeutic Services CIC, a Community Interest Company in Bristol, dedicated to providing inclusive, ethical, and accessible mental health support for individuals, professionals, and organisations. We’re on a mission to break down barriers in mental health care and create a space where support is truly accessible to all.

Why We Exist
Mental health challenges affect 1 in 4 people in the UK every year, yet many struggle to find timely and inclusive support. Long waiting lists, high costs, and inflexible services leave individuals and organisations without the care they need. That’s why we’re here—Sisu Therapeutic Services CIC is dedicated to offering:
Therapy – Tailored, compassionate, and trauma-informed support using a variety of modalities
Training & Workshops – Helping individuals and teams build mental health awareness and skills that can be implemented both personally and professionally
Supervision & Support for Professionals – Creating a strong, reflective practice for those working in mental health
Collaboration with Organisations – Supporting workplaces, charities, and community groups in fostering positive mental wellbeing
We believe mental health support should be available to everyone, regardless of background, income, or life circumstances. That’s why we will work flexibly, meeting people where they are—whether that’s in person, online, or within their communities.

🖥 IT & Software – Providing confidential and secure systems, with remote support for those who cannot attend in person.
🪑 Furniture & Equipment – Creating a calming atmosphere with comfortable seating, art supplies, and sensory tools to support diverse therapeutic needs.
🛠 Refurbishing Therapy Rooms – Enhancing our space , dividing it into 3 rooms with an office space, soundproofing, and dedicated area to provide creative therapies.
💡 Operational Costs – Sustaining ethical, affordable, and flexible mental health services for all.
