Aim
To build a global online community where neurodivergent leaders find their people, harness their talents and make their ideas happen.
I'm Rob Gallagher. I have ADHD. I've led charities and organisations for over 15 years.
For most of that time I thought my brain was something to manage. The hyperfocus that kept me up at 2am solving problems nobody else could see. The pattern recognition that let me spot connections across systems. The restless creativity that made meetings hard and ideas unstoppable.
Turns out, that wasn't despite how my brain works. That was because of it.
But here's the honest truth. Thinking differently doesn't make everything easy. Executive function is real. Starting things is easy; finishing them is hard. Email piles up. Admin becomes a wall. Great ideas stall not because they're bad ideas but because the path from idea to action isn't built for brains like ours.
Open Tabs Network isn't here to pretend otherwise. It's here to help.
It's a global online community for neurodivergent leaders, founders, and change-makers. A place to find your people, harness your talents, and make your ideas happen. Together we find the ways forward that work for how we actually think.
WHAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
Find your people: fortnightly community meetups, online platform, member directory, peer accountability pairs.
Harness your talents: resource library, ideas space, quarterly guest conversations with inspiring leaders.
Make it happen: annual leadership summit, online events, access to expert leadership support when you need it.
HOW WE'LL USE THE MONEY
Funds will be used to build the Open Tabs Network platform, run our first events, and cover year one operating costs.
