Only With Love has moved to Burgess Hill, Sussex, and needs your support to deliver a big old tap room and community space.
BEER KLAXONS!
Calling all Sussex craft beer people! Are you up for a big new tap room on the outskirts of Burgess Hill?
We've just moved in to our new brewery HQ at the Gatehouse Hub and we want to create incredible evenings and weekends on the site, with our beers and AFs at the centre of a mini food, drink and leisure festival on the estate, every single week.
What the new Only With Love tap room will offer...
We'll launch in May.
Only With Love brewery can get this going, with your help. The plan is to turn half of our floor space into an amazing tap space, inside and out.
On site there will also be neighbouring Padel courts, virtual golf, a streetfood cafe, coffee roasters, gelato makers, streetwear brands and more. It's going to be brilliant. Each weekend we'll be bringing the best of these guys together to create a mini food, drink and leisure festival, with our tap at the centre of it all.
As well as offering a great destination for friends and families to hang out, we also want to use the space for community-driven activity during non tap hours at the start of the week... As a place for groups and meetups, so that everyone can get the best communal use out of our presence.
We’ll be open Thursday evening through to Sunday evening, providing the best of our award-winning beers, AFs and sodas straight from the source. You'll be able to sit right next to the tanks, ringside, with prime views across our brand new brewery floor.

As well as great Only With Love beers, we'll also be featuring some of the finest brews from our brewery collab partners - plus superb local wine and spirits... creating a showcase for the best Sussex producers.

If you want a home for a gathering, a club, a special celebration or just a quiet drink and a bite to eat then together we can make it happen.
Help put the finishing touches on our brewery
Your support will also help us to put the finishing touches on our new brewery space at the site - providing a welcome contribution to our alcohol free push into supermarkets this year. Our AF beers are already selling in Co-Op stores nationwide, and we want to gear up to get them selling in more places!
Why crowdfunding?
We need some help to bring a bit of Only With Love magic to the site. We need to build out the tap room interior with all of the essential services and fittings to transform our shiny new unit into a cool bar area.
We need to build: the bar; the cold store; the main internal area; cool lighting; exterior furnishings; plumbing; loos; decorations; signage and more creature comforts.

There's lots to do, but with your support we plan to be opening in May - and then rolling into the summer.
Only With Love Community Foundation work
Communal spaces, drinking and eating are super important for local communities, and are a fantastic vehicle for social good. We’ve worked with local organisations from the get-go.
For example:
Burgess Hill Town FC, where we support their efforts via the supply of beers and AFs
The Lewes Brewcafe at Malling community centre, where we ran a local community cafe for the past two and a half years
The Big Issue entrepreneur enablement program where we helped young college students gain valuable, real-world skills and experience in the hospitality trade.
Brighton University Fine Arts, where we helped students to promote their end of year shows.
Sussex Sustenance food support group, where we've helped to fund those in need in the Sussex region.
Enough (to End Rape), where we've supported this incredible organisation to deter perpetrators of sexual violence and empower survivors of rape.

How long will the Crowdfunder run?
For four weeks - launching Weds January 28th to Wednesday February 25th.
What's the £££ goal?
We’re looking to raise £25k, but the more support we have, the better we'll be able to develop the venue - so we may add a stretch fund to our target.

Founded in Lewes in 2020 (in lockdown #1 & #2) Only With Love is a different craft beer outfit.
We're the wellbeing brewery.
