Online FLexercise sessions to be done at home

Aim
The aim is to support those training to be FLexercise teachers and for those already qualified to update plus providing online classes
FLexercise was founded in 1930 (then known as the Women's League of Health & Beauty) and has been exercise and movement classes for all age groups over the 90 years. The main demographic is the 60+ though the work outs are beneficial for everyone with our principles of core stability, muscle strengthen and lengthening, joint mobilisation, etc to encourage flexibility and mobility. FLexercise is Flexible Friendly Fitness. The classes have a strong social component and many members have attended classes for years and made special friends during the time. New people are always welcome. As an organisation we should like to train more teachers so that we can expand into new areas of the UK to be able to share our system of exercise with as many people as possible.
