I was born in 1954 but was not notified of the change to my state pension retirement date when the rules changed in 1995. In 2011 when the retirement age was accelerated I discovered another 2 years was added making me 66 before I would be entitled. The DWP revised this by 6 months, I will now receive my SP in November. I wrote to my MP who forwarded my complaint to the then Pensions Minister, Steve Webb. There was no response.
