On to Bonn

Aim

Climate Vision UK cycling reporters travelling to Bonn for COP23 and reporting back to you on what happened and what it might mean.

In 2015 four cyclists from Climate Vision in Truro carried the report on the Carbon Logic/Footsteps initiative to deliver to delegates at the COP21 climate talks in Paris.

Now, two years later, in the context of the USA threatening to withdraw from the (admitedly inadequate) Paris agreement and the massively increasing global support for radical climate action they plan to continue from where they left off by riding from Paris to Bonn for COP23.

The primary aim of this crowdfunder is to enable them to report back to a meeting or coffee morning in your town:

• when you donate please add a comment saying where you would like us to come and report back to you on why we went, what happened while we were there, and what it means for our futures.

The riders will again depart from Truro Cathedral - on Saturday 28th September at 3:00pm. You are welcome to come and join us there for the send-off.

We will be blogging our progress at www.on2bonn.uk  and also on Facebook at www.facebook.com/On2Bonn/ - please support and follow us online on our journey and donate to have us come to a report-back session in your locality.
