Win one of 600 pairs of tickets to see Olivia Dean live at Hackney Church, London, in aid of You Make It!
On Wednesday 18 November, Olivia Dean will play an intimate show at Hackney Church in London. The evening will bring together conversation, spoken word and a special performance by Olivia, raising vital funds for You Make It as we celebrate our 15th Anniversary and look to the future.
Enter this prize draw for a chance to win one of 600 pairs of tickets to this one-off night.
There are two draws: an Early Access Draw for the first 300 pairs, and a Main Draw for the remaining 300. Enter in the first 24 hours (from 18:00 on Monday 19 October) and your entries go into both.
All proceeds from the draw go to You Make It, an East London charity helping young, working-class Black and Brown women build confidence, careers and the futures they deserve.
Your entry will help fund our 16-week programme which includes one-to-one mentoring and therapy, work experience in the fields they actually want, group learning and a sisterhood that one graduate said “taught me how to love.”
"Black and brown women deserve to have their voices heard and their talents appreciated across our creative industries. We are magical and powerful! YMI’s presence and their support of the women that need it is essential and I’m so happy I can be a part of this evening that can help continue the important work they do.” – Olivia Dean
The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, EU and EEA (aged 18+) until 23:59 GMT on Tuesday 3rd November 2026.
How the draw works:
Winners will be drawn and contacted by email from 10:00 GMT on Wednesday 4 November, and will need to confirm their place within five days. Each winner receives two tickets, one for themselves and one for a guest. Babies in arms (under 24 months) do not need a ticket and may attend in addition to the winner and their guest, but must be carried or held at all times. Tickets are strictly non-transferable, and winners will need to show photo ID matching the name on the ticket to get in.
All tickets are standing. Accessibility note:
A limited number of accessible tickets will be available for any winners with specific access requirements. If you have any questions about accessibility, contact the Promoter at [email protected]
Important: If you live outside the UK, please check that prize draws are permitted in your country before entering. You can do this via your local government website or consumer authority. Entries from regions where prize draws are prohibited may be disqualified.
You can also enter for free by post. Details are in the Terms and Conditions, along with full entry and eligibility rules.

Olivia's album The Art of Loving was inspired by bell hooks' all about love and spoke of love as a practice: something you learn, choose and pass on. Since 2011, that has been the everyday work of You Make It – an expert, award-winning race, gender and class inclusion charity based in East London. Over 700 women have come through our programme and sisterhood, which one graduate said "taught me how to love."
At a time when the world seems to be turning away from each other, this special evening with Olivia Dean and You Make It is about practising love out loud: for every immigrant woman whose bravery started our stories, for the women of You Make It, and for every woman still waiting for an open door.
The event will raise vital funds for the charity and comes at a critical moment. Youth unemployment is at its highest since 2013, with young, working-class, racialised women among the hardest hit. At the same time, inclusion commitments face a growing backlash, and charities like You Make It are seeing grant after grant turned down.
Your entry will help young Black and Brown women in London access new opportunities, build confidence and reclaim the city as their own through the programme.
Enter now for your chance to win a pair of tickets, and hold a door open.
