Olive Art Club

Aim

Help launch Olive Art Club, a free art & craft programme for 11–18 year olds, making creativity accessible to every young person.

Hi, I'm Jessie and I started Olive Art House in 2024 because I believe everyone should have the chance to be creative.

Since then I've seen how bringing people together through art can build confidence, tackle isolation and create lasting friendships. One person even said, "Thanks to you, we have friends now."

Now I want to launch Olive Art Club. A free art & craft programme for young people aged 11–18.

One of the things I hear most often is, "There's nothing for kids to do." I trained as a secondary Art & Design teacher and know how expensive art can be. I don't want cost to stop young people discovering something they love.

Your support will help pay for hall hire, art materials, sketchbooks and healthy after-school snacks, giving local young people a safe, welcoming place to create, connect and belong.

We have already fundraised £305 and secured a £300 grant from West Suffolk Council getting us to £605! 

Together, we can make creativity accessible to everyone.

Keep what you raise – this project will receive all pledges made by 3rd October 2026 at 12:00pm
