Offido - The Worlds First Global Office Search App

Functionality:

Offido will be the first app which gives you the ability to search for a new office/workplace worldwide, users will be able to type in an area of interest resulting in a list of current available spaces appearing with information on the size of space, monthly rental, images showing the exact space, location and amenities, there will be an option to view all of the results as pindrops on a map too, users will be able to save favourite listings so they have a shortlist they can come back to or share with friends and colleagues through e-mail/social media, they will also be able to contact indvidual business centres or landlords directly through the app to arrange a viewing or by using the instant messaging function to ask any questions etc.

 This feature will also allow users to instantly notify a landlord or business centre represantative if they are running late for a viewing, the way this will work is that when signing up to the app there will be an option to either sign up as a person searching for space or a business centre/Landlord who would like to advertise some space, when signing up as a business centre/landlord you will have the opportunity to create a listing through the app and take pictures of the space you are advertising using the in app camera feature, you will also be able to send any extra pictures needed to clients through instant messaging, there will also be a feature for business centres/users to upload templates of contracts and various other documents which can be edited within the app and sent to clients for signature.

Financials:

The app will be free of charge for users searching for space and for business centres/landlords there will be a low monthly fee, there will also be some options for extra exposure of a listing such as making it featured on the homepage, there will be a small extra cost for each featured listing.

Overview:

Offido is designed to make searching for a new office much quicker, easier and a whole lot less stressful, it allows users to speak to office providers directly so they can receive answers to questions quickly and easily, instead of going through a third party and will give them the opportunity to see actual live availability instead of confusing generic images and pricing, the app is also designed to make business centre operators/landlords lifes a lot easier by giving them an easy to use, cost effective handheld solution for marketing without having to pay brokers or agents a large fee for every office they sell.
