Aim
I am challenging myself to dip in cold water every day throughout October for Surfers Against Sewage!
Surfers Against Sewage are challenging you to take a dip a day in cold water every day this October. Boost your wellbeing. And fight for the ocean!
I'm in!!
Although it is not out of the ordinary to find me jumping into a cold body of water throughout the winter, I have been a little hesitant to get in recently thanks to a hip reconstruction and recovering from surgery so this is definitely going to be a challenge!
Also, the sea looked like this yesterday and it's still September...
(I am hoping we have slightly less hurricane swell in October)
Surfers Against Sewage does amazing work to reduce pollution, sewage and plastic in our oceans. They educate and inspire people to become ocean activists and clean up our beaches.
The ocean plays a massive part in my life and my community and it is so important that we protect it for us and the vast array of life that it contains.
