Welcome to the Ocean City Paddle Project, an exciting initiative by Ethical Activities CIC aimed at providing paddlesport equipment, sessions and training for the vibrant community of Plymouth. Our goal is to bring the joy and benefits of paddlesport to anyone who wants to give it a go, regardless of age, ability, or background. But we need your help to make this dream a reality!

Why Paddlesport?

Paddlesport isn't just a fun and exciting way to enjoy the great outdoors; it's also a fantastic way to promote physical health, mental well-being, and a strong sense of community. Whether it's kayaking, canoeing, or stand-up paddleboarding, paddlesport offers a unique blend of adventure and tranquility that can be enjoyed by individuals and families alike.

The Need in Plymouth

Plymouth, known as Britain's Ocean City, is blessed with stunning waterfronts and rivers, making it the perfect setting for paddlesport activities. However, not everyone has access to the necessary equipment. Many people in our community, especially young people and those from disadvantaged backgrounds, miss out on the benefits of paddlesport due to the high cost of equipment and lack of resources.

Our Mission

At Ethical Activities CIC, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joys of paddlesport. Our mission with the Ocean City Paddle Project is to provide free or low-cost paddlesport equipment and training to the people of Plymouth. With your support, we can purchase kayaks, canoes, paddles, life jackets, and other essential gear to create a community hub for paddlesport activities.
