Oakwood School AAC Marathon Fundraiser

Aim

To raise essential school funds

Oakwood School and Assessment Centre caters for pupils with severe learning difficulties from ages 3 to 8 who live in the greater Belfast area. We are a co-educational, inter-denominational, controlled, day school.  

In Oakwood we pride ourselves on providing an environment where children feel happy and secure, and staff and parents feel valued and involved. We are committed to providing the highest quality education, personalised to the child’s learning needs in a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, self-discipline, honesty, empathy and responsibility. Our pupils are at the heart of our school, and so we need to fundraise to provide them with the best resources possible.

We would particularly like to purchase some interactive panels for classrooms and new iPads and iPods for children's use.

15 of our amazing staff have signed up to take part in Belfast City Marathon to help us raise much needed funds. Please support them by donating to this worthy cause.
