Hi, I'm Jessica, a 22 year old first time mum with a dream of building my own bakery business.

Between raising my child and working part-time, I've spent countless hours baking, learning, and developing my skills. What started as a passion has grown into a vision for a mobile bakery that brings fresh, homemade treats and drinks to local communities, markets, and events.

As a young mum, I want to create a future where I can support my family while doing something I genuinely love. Starting a business is a huge step, and one of the biggest barriers is the initial cost of purchasing and fitting out a food trailer.

I'm raising £3,500 to purchase a trailer, install the equipment needed to operate safely and professionally, and stock up on the ingredients required to begin trading.
