What we do
Since our origins in 2008 our philosophy has not changed – our mission has always been putting our customer first. Our whole aim is to create the perfect inbound travel experience for our guests.
We provide bespoke tours & holiday services into Northern England to create memorable journeys for our guests.
Today, Northern Secrets Ltd remains independently owned by Alex who, alongside a small dedicated team, passionately continues to ensure guests experience a fantastic time in our regions...
The Covid-19 message
We hope that all our friends, colleagues and clients past and present are staying safe and healthy following the rapid global developments with the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
In the last weeks our small team have worked tirelessly in assisting our booked guests to make new arrangements and ensure safe rescheduling travel plans for the future.
The vast majority of our guests have shown both understanding and compassion as we have worked with you through extremely challenging and worrying times for everyone. COVID-19 will affect tourism not only in 2020 but moving forward. The new normal is coming and we are hoping to be at the forefront of this change and be able to work towards this change today. We can, however, only do this with your help...
