We're still collecting donations
On the 28th January 2023 we'd raised £3,042 with 86 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

A Community Football Club
North Shields FC is a truly community focused club and welcomes over 300 people to the ground every week, ranging from parties, adult training sessions through to party celebrations in our clubhouse.
Many will know about the continued success of the Men’s team but the club is about much more than that.
As you are aware last season 2021/22 saw the team victorious in winning the Northern League which in turn promoted us to the Pitching in Northern Premier League East Division. That sounds quite straight forward however when you study the geography of this division it’s a little different with trips to Grantham (Nottingham), Carlton (Nottingham ) Cleethorpes, Grimsby etc.
In addition to extra travel costs promotion comes with added ground improvement requirements which MUST be completed or at least seen to be started by March 23 or we face relegation from this division a situation we are committed to avoid at all costs after the effort by the current management team, players & supporters to get us to this stage.
We’ve had a number of visits from league officials & while they are happy in general with the stadium set up they have laid out the following as to what we need to put in place by March 2023
Building for the Future
We are now about to embark on an exciting and ambitious facilities upgrade programme to improve our fan and player experience.
The total project cost comes to just under £100,000.
We have made a great start. However, the programme will only materialise if we are able to bridge the gap between the pledges above and the overall budget required.
Why are we crowdfunding?
We are looking to pursuing a Football Foundation grant of which we will need to match to the value of 50% of the total outlay. So as you’ve probably already worked out we are asking all of our current sponsors, additional local businesses & supporters to help this community football club progress through the pyramid system & at the very least maintain our step 4 status.
We have been directed by the FA Stadium Improvements guidance for our step of football to buy and install the following improvements:
• Double Turnstile
• Pitch rail infill
• Covered spectator stand for 120 persons
• Covered seating 50 persons
• Hospitality unit (in place & functional)
How you can play your part
There are three simple ways to help us reach our target, and make this project a reality.
1. Make a pledge. Don’t delay if you’re going to support us because momentum is key to our success!
2. Spread the word. Share our project on your social media pages and tell the world to get behind us! The more people we reach, the more support we will get.
3. If you want to run your own fundraiser to support us, maybe a sponsored activity or similar, use the 'contact project' button at the top of our page to let us know. Setting up your own page only takes a few minutes and you won’t need any bank details. Just a fun idea!
