Fundraising to make facility improvements that were scuppered by a COVID hit 2020 season that saw revenue streams significantly impacted
A Clubmark accredited cricket club, North Petherton CC offers a safe place to develop and deliver grassroots cricket across various age groups.
The club runs a thriving youth section with cricket on offer for under 11, under 13 and under 15 age groups as well as 3 senior sides.
2021 marks the beginning of 2 new exciting ventures in the form of All-Stars Cricket for 5-8 year old's, and women's softball cricket.

The COVID hit 2020 season had a detrimental effect on the clubs revenue streams as membership fees (both playing and non-playing) and regular fund raising events were non-existent due to restrictions in place.

What will the money be spent on?
The money raised will be used on the following areas that require urgent attention;

Who Will Benefit?
The club is an important part of the local community and offers adults and children of all ages access to play cricket as well as non-playing residents a pleasant environment to spectate and socialise. Without these urgent works being undertaken these benefits could be at risk.

2021 Season
The playing season is set to start on time, but with similar restrictions in place to the 2020 season. This will further limit opportunities for revenue into the club and could leave us in a very precarious position.
